Magnalube-G PTFE Grease is a high-temp grease that will outlast conventional grease lubricants.

   • Magnalube-G regularly lasts for 10+ year intervals in sealed-for-life applications due to the extremely long operating life of the Elastomer-PTFE gelling agent and premium paraffinic mineral base oil.
2. Excellent Thermal Stability:
   • High temperature range is better, or equivalent to, other high-temp greases; however, Magnalube-G has excellent thermal stability, so its performance is constant from very low temperatures (-40 degrees Fahrenheit) to very high temperatures (+530 degrees Fahrenheit).
3. Waterproof Grease with Excellent Corrosion Control
   • Magnalube-G contains no metals and is still able to outperform traditional soap-based greases, such as lithium grease.
   • Its unique Elastomer-PTFE gelling agent maintains superior lubricating properties, while preventing the electro-chemical reactions necessary for corrosion to occur.
4. High Mechanical Stability
   • Magnalube-G is an industry-leading product when consistent performance is required over an extended period of time. Many types of grease will change consistency when they are subjected to various forces during service, but Magnalube-G will not soften, or harden, like traditional greases in many applications.
5. High Dielectric Strength
   • Electric and magnetic fields can dramatically impact the performance of grease lubricants. Magnalube-G, however, is non-conductive and has a high dielectric strength. The grease was designed to perform well as a lubricant first, but maintain similar dielectric properties as competing silicone greases.

   • Magnalube-G PTFE Grease deposits a fine film on surfaces that forms a protective and lubricating bond to improve performance over time. This can be extremely useful in applications where the external elements in the field cannot always be controlled, such as a high temperature spike or extreme weather conditions.
7. PERMITS HIGHER LOADS THAN THOSE CONSIDERED SAFE FOR STANDARD PETROLEUM BASED LUBRICATING GREASES
   • The extreme pressure additives and micro particles of PTFE suspended in Magnalube-G guarantee continued performance on equipment operating under high loads. This unique blend of boundary lubrication solids can handle 10,000 lbs. per square inch of pressure in their pure powder form, and will not squeeze out of critical locations when extreme pressure is applied.
8. WILL NOT MIGRATE AND IS RESISTANT TO OIL SEPARATION
   • Magnalube-G stays were you put it. The use of an elastomer/PTFE thickener results in a uniquely resilient grease that binds to surfaces without sacrificing the lower coefficient of friction and abnormally high viscosity associated with adding standard tackifying agents. The synthetic, sponge-like texture of Magnalube-G’s thickener will preserve the base oils far better than standard, soap-based greases like lithium. This means you can reduce the risk of contamination, and you can count on having lubrication when you need it.

• The molecularly bound MOLY-PTFE solids bond to surfaces and form a protective layer with one of the lowest coefficients of friction on earth.While the blend lubricates, the molybdenum itself can withstand pressures of up to 500,000 pounds per square inch in its solid state,resulting in superior extreme load protection.

2. PERFECT FOR LOW SPEEDS, VIBRATION CONTROL, AND NOISE REDUCTION

• Unlike hydrodynamic lubrication, where high-speeds help form a lubricating wedge, slow speeds require the addition of lubricating solids like our MOLY-PTFE blend. This advanced boundary lubrication additive makes Magnalube-GX perfect for all low speed, extreme pressure applications. In addition, these solids help absorb vibration and reduce noise.

3. STABLE IN EXTREME TEMPERATURES FOR MAXIMUM RELIABILITY

• Magnalube-GX has a dropping point of 550 Fahrenheit, and the added protection of molybdenum disulfide that will withstand temperatures up to 750°F. This feature provides extra protection for your equipment if the grease is overheated or if a regularly scheduled lubrication interval is missed.

4. MECHANICALLY/CHEMICALLY STABLE WITH EXCEPTIONAL FILM STRENGTH

• Magnalube-GX has polymer additives to enhance tackiness, and film strength so that the grease stays where you put it, and provides maximum protection over time.
